I leveraged my extensive background and experience in psychology to effectively consult with teams of investigators at Tufts University to improve strategy to secure funding for their research.
With a Team Science framework, I effectively fostered collaboration and connection among multidisciplinary teams of investigators across all schools and departments at Tufts. By combining training in effective communication and collaborative problem solving with organizational and leadership development, I helped teams work together more effectively so that they could tackle even more complex challenges and achieve greater impact in their work.
Whether working with individuals or teams, I’m passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible through cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
